Awake is a bold and robust cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil designed for roasting, sauteing, soups, stews, and bread. Made with early-harvest arbequina olives grown on small family farms in California’s central coast. Our olives are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest for freshness and flavor.

Each mini comes in a 100 ML/3.4 fl oz glass bottle. The bottle has been uv-coated to protect the olive oil from damaging light.
